Bring your own caterer, ask for our recommended list and advice, do it yourself in our fully equipped kitchen — or request small on-site catering.

$250/ dayFriday & Saturday
$400/ dayRates are per day plus HST. Balance is due 30 days before your event. Kitchen options: $0 / $25 / $75. Final pricing and add-ons are confirmed by a club representative.
Things to know
- Approval required. Requests are not automatically confirmed. A Shrine Club representative will review your request and follow up.
- Payment. We accept cash, Interac debit, e-transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 50% deposit if your event is more than 30 days away (balance due 30 days before), or 100% if your event is within 30 days.
- Alcohol & drinks. Bar service is SMART SERVE under our L.C.B.O. licence. No outside alcohol or outside non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol bottles cannot be used as raffle / gift-basket prizes.
- Raffles & 50-50. Any raffle, lottery, gambling, or 50-50 draw requires a City of North Bay licence; you will be asked to provide proof.
- Setup & cleanup. Decorations must not damage the hall. The kitchen must be left in the condition it was provided.
